01 General Provisions

Betmaster (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. By accessing betmaster.bio or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account level and verification status.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betmaster regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on the first deposit. A wagering requirement (typically 30x–40x) must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

• Bets placed during an odds change in live betting are automatically accepted at the previous odds.
• Special rules apply to the entire bet if one leg of a parlay or combo bet is voided.

Betmaster reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits for any user, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

Betmaster reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• For violation of any part of the Terms & Conditions.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or to submit the required documents.
• No account activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Prior to closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (excluding bonuses), though this may not apply in cases of violations. A monthly maintenance fee may be charged on inactive accounts.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. After self-exclusion, it may not be possible to reopen your account before a specified period has elapsed.
